Helicopter Ball Drop!

THE HELICOPTER BALL DROP IS BACK! For entry fee of $20 per ball, each participant will be entered into the Golf Ball Drop to take place Monday, July 25, 2011 at Trump National Golf Course. Participants will be assigned a numbered golf ball(s) based on their purchase, and may enter multiple times.  Only 500 balls will drop!

On Monday, July 25th, 2011, at approximately 6 p.m., the golf balls will be placed randomly in a bucket and dropped from a helicopter onto the greens at Trump National.  The first participant whose numbered golf ball goes into the hole or closest to the pin will win the grand prize up to $5,000!

Presale tickets are no longer available for sale. Tickets are available the day of the event. If you already purchased tickets, pick up your tickets at the Sheckler Foundation Booth on the Day of the event. Make sure you bring your ID, purchaser must be at event to collect wrist bands.

On Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at approximately 6 p.m., the golf balls will be placed randomly in a bucket and dropped from a helicopter onto the greens at Trump National.  The first participant whose numbered golf ball goes into the hole or closest to the pin will win the grand prize of up to $5,000!

DETAILS:
1. If multiple balls go in the hole, the ball that is at the bottom of the hole will be determined the winner.
2. If no balls go into the hole, then the ball landing closest to the pin will be determined the winner. The ball closest to the pin will be determined by measuring from the center of the hole to the ball.

HOW TO PLAY:
Conditions and Limitations
1. The contest is open to participants 18 years and older as of entry date.
2. Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
3. Decisions by the judges on all aspects of this contest will be final and binding.
4. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
5. The winner will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail from contact information supplied. If winner cannot be located or fails to claim prize within (10) days after notification, prize will be forfeited and be awarded to alternate winner.
6. All entries become property of The Sheckler Foundation and will not be returned.
7. By entering the contest, the winner consents, without limitation or without compensation, to use of their name, voice, photograph, and likness for advertising and/ or trade purposes, except where prohibited by law.
8. All applicable taxes, licenses, and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
9. By participating, each participant releases, discharges, indemnifies The Sheckler Foundation, board of directors, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and promotional partners (collectively the “releases”) from any liability, loss, harm, injury, and expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the use of or participation in the event.
10. Unforeseen events: If some unforeseen event occurs that prevents the helicopter service from being able to conduct the ball drop event as outlined above, then the ball drop will occur on another day.
11. Winner assumes the risk of safe arrival of prize.

Winner need not be present to win. The winner will be posted on www.shecklerfoundation.org on Thursday October 21.
The Sheckler Foundation is not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the event, and will not substitute the prize should this occurrence so arise.
If the event should be cancelled for any reason, all money collected will be donated to The Sheckler Foundation.
The Sheckler Foundation is not responsible for winner’s inability to claim or use prize in accordance with the contest guidelines. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
